Default Rear Brakes Dragging

I need some help figuring out what is causing my rear brakes to drag. First I thought it was only the drivers side but after changing out the caliper with a new one I discovered it is both of the back brakes. I changed out both rubber hoses today and both of them are still dragging. I can take the calipers off the pads and try to compress the piston but the pistons will not move on either side. I didn't find anything that would help me by doing a search of the forum. Any knowledge you can give me? ( The front brakes are fine)

May be time for rebuilding the caliper. Try opening the bleeder valve and
compress the piston back. If that doesnt work take the caliper off the rotor but
still attached to the line and press the brake until the piston comes out or as far as it
goes. Could be corroded. Make sure theirs no kinks in the lines either.
