That plate lists the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), the maximum allowable weight loaded with all fluids, passengers and luggage, etc.--not the actual weight (often referred to as curb weight) of the car. Other numbers provided are the GAWR, the maximum weight rating for the front and rear axles, and the Maximum Load (passengers + luggage) and maximum luggage ratings.
Unfortunately no combination or calculations applied to these will get you the vehicle's weight.
The Mustang Field Guide (2005-KP Bools) lists the curb weights of '96 to '98 GT coupes as 3,227 to 3,279 lbs depending on what table you look at.

or if you want to know how much your vehicle weighs try to find a scale that your law enforcement uses for truckers pull in and ask them if they can weigh you on a non busy time and im sure they will help you out

or a farm supply store,, have one a stones throw from my house,, weighed my car - 98 cobra convertible - 3,740lbs with me in,,,, 3,490lbs me out ! Plus or minus a few lbs for accuracy !
