Car has the Hiccups..

I figured #8 cause well, when I pulled the COP back out there was like half full of fluid in there when I did the intake manifold switch over. I ended blowing it out with the air compressor. After that then it started to idle fine. #8 is the rear passenger one right? So I've been driving it at night cause that is when I go to work and the air temp is a colder and it seems to misfire more at that time under load than after its been warmed up. Does that mean I need a tune or something? Or could I continue to rule out or in, that it's the COPs that are the culprit? Thanks

Actually I thought that passenger side is 1-4 front to back, and drivers side was 5-8 front to back. That aside, normally the issue will get worse with heat if it is the COP...Without buying some new parts here I am not sure I can help you troubleshoot too much. Unfortunately to truly test the COPs you need some expensive equipment and knowledge to use it..Did you pull the plug from that cylinder as well? Could be fouled up from the misfiring, also-make sure you use dielectric grease on the inside of the boot and spring when you put the boot back on the plug.

When i was having my misfire problems, i bought 1 Auto Zone coil and started swapping it in and out till I found the bad one. It was like $45 but you can get a full OEM grade set of ebay for $80. You just have to look around for the best deals.
