So i put a high volume oil pump when the new motor went in and im wondering if this could be the cause of my liftere ticking. Im pretty sure its oil related because for starters i replaced all the lifters w/ new ones and then another thing is wen the car is cold the noise very loud but as the car warms up the noise disapears at idle and only returns under light throttle. Im wondering if w/ that hi volume oil pump i should put more then 5qts in there or somthn?
