NEED HELP WITH STUDS!
About a month ago I put in a new set of 3" Moroso studs for my rear end. The 1st problem was the lugs I bought from ford were too small and broke through the back so I need to know where I can get longer lugs to fit the longer studs.
2nd, this morning, ford broke one of my studs because the lug was too tight and the stud broke in half. Now, I am ordering a new Moroso stud but I want to know if there is a tool I can buy to help insert the new stud. Before, I just kept putting washers and nuts on the stud, and used an air gun. That didn't put the studs in all the way.... leaving about a 1/16th inch gap left. Little help?

RE: NEED HELP WITH STUDS!
Ok, I just went through this with Moroso and I will never deal with them again, Nor Jegs.
What you need is 1/2X3" stud with a .615 knurl! Any other size will be too large or too small. TRUST ME! LOL
The best way to install them is to find two large nuts that fit the studs and use an air wrench to pull them in.
If this is for a GT then you will wanna shave one side of the back lip of the stud flat to get it into the hole or you will have to pull the Diff cover and yank the C clips to pull the axle out. But still use an air wrench to put them in.
