i drop my car off to get the windows tinted, some douche bag takes it out joy riding and blows my clutch or tranny, i'm not going to replace my tranny out of pocket just because i know how to.

aside from that it could be something stupid and of no real fault to anyone. one way to find out, and if someone needs to be held liable for this, it may be too late.
I was half awake and had worked like 15 hrs yesterday, and for some reason I was thinking he was taking the car to get repairs done.
I didn't mean fix it when someone breaks it..
I meant more along the lines of "I broke my car, so now I have to fix it" kind of thinking.
