Default motor change from 4.6 to v-8 351

i got a 2002 mustang gt 4.6 v 2 need to swap to a 351c big block just was wondering,what parts do i need to do the jod.also if this would be to much of a job to do,then to go back to a 4.6 v2 let me know am trying to see what would be better and something i can get the most out of.i dont know anyone with a newer mustang with a older motor in it, i guess thats what am trying to do.

Dude stop calling it a 4.6 V 2!!!!!!! it is a 4.6 2V! a 351 is not a big block!
you will need a 94/95 K-member to do this swap
There are plenty of people that have done the swap. sorry to sound like a dick but you seem to be that guy that goes this way and than is convinced to go another way with your car. My advise learn what you have and what your doing before you waist a bunch of $ going 200 different ways on your car

if i were to put a pushrod in a newer mustang it'd be an LSx motor or a BBF thats bigger than a 351....


if you already have a running 2v, supercharge it and make 380-420whp.

Im not 100% sure but I don't know if a Clevland motor would fit. The clevland is like the 400m with that wide angle V. Honestly you'd be better off going with a 351 windsor setup anyway.

if you want to swap a pushrod in then sell the car and buy a foxbody it'll save you a ton of headache
