Wow Really? Look at what I found..
Ok I decided to do some cleaning today so I take the MAF out and look what I find. Looks like Duck Tape inside the MAF with some sorta red silicon attached. Next they had a Vacuum line attached to a bolt on the intake tube, when pulled off it is deff sucking so I don't know where that goes so if you do please by all means let me know..lol. Next, I think its some sorta air temperature censor is siliconed (not very well at all it fell off) to the intake tube. So how should I attach the censor again? where does the vacuum line go? And lastly, Should i pull the tape and silicone out of the MAF and clean it? Im just worried that its in there for some sorta reason..lol

Found another vacuum line thats loose. All tho I didnt start the car to see of its sucking because its in pieces but if you know what and where this one goes it would be great help
The first one I posted T's off behind the throttle body to the left and the end of it was stuck to a bolt.It also has a red wire to it before it T's off.
This one is on the passenger side rear of the engine compartment and has a cylinder box its a attached too.

the last pictures in ur second post is the line for the EVAP system it goes on to the intake. Should trp ur CEL for evap emission control system. It just recycles gas fumes from when the car is idle and puffs it into the intake when u start it, so if u have a gas smell thats why.

any possibility that T'd vaccume line was for someone's boost guage at some point? and they stuck it onto a bolt to close it off rather than replace the original hose that was cut.
the sensor (its your air intake sensor), if it won't attach back to the intake tube properly, only good solution is buy a new sensor and/or intake tube (whichever is messed up). or you can just RTV it back on.
the MAF, i have no idea about. i cannot understand why anyone would have done that unless they had a supercharger or some other intake and needed to do some rigging to get things to fit.
