(Yes, I just did a search – I actually "live and die" by the search, but could not find anything on this subject to sway me either way and am still undecided, so I'm looking for some opinions here...)

Okay, sickspeedgt and his new and distinct white Bullitts got me back to thinking about new wheels. I like his white wheels, but think that black will go better with my motif which I have already invested $$$ in.

So now that the wheel decision has been made, I need to decide on the size. DEFINITELY going deep-dish 10’s or 10.5’s in back (9’s up front), but do I go 17’s or 18’s? What are the pro’s and cons of both, and does rubber cost more (by much) for the 18’s if I go that route?

Do you race a lot? If so then I would stick to the 17's.

yea i would do 17's if you race alot and rubber for 18's is going to cost more so dig deep in that pocket book. also your ride is going to suffer a lil but just a lil.

17's for performance. But for looks 18's

^^^^^ I agreee with ducky, check the price of tires for the 18" rims and that will defently help make up your mind

Thanks Guys! I’m thinking 17’s then. I’m probably more concerned with looks than racing, but the cost factor tips the scales in favor of the more cost effective option. I still plan on going deep out back though.
