Default Ride Height?

I just recently purchased a 2000 mustang gt and i noticed that it was lowered. I don't know if they lowered the car by replacing the spring or if they use a kit. But my question is what is the stock height from the ground for this car. I want to raise the car back up to it's stock height. I purchased some coil spring boosters and the product claim to raise the car up 1 to 2 inches. Is there anything else i can to before i install the spring boosters. if i have to put some new springs back in the car where would be a good place for me to order them from? My measurements are: From the ground to my side skirt is 6' 1/4" inches and from the ground to the fender above the tire is 26 1/2 inches. What would be a good way to raise the car up?

Stock springs are all over eBay.

As to measuring ride height the best method it to measure from the center of the hub to the fender well flare, as this results in a measurement that is consistent regardless of variations created by tire inflation and tire size.

I like to measure from bottom of the wheel to the fender. I see you can be "off" by trying to find the center of the hub with the wheel on.

The problem with this is that the wheel size, and rim height (the rim of the wheel¹), now becomes a variable factor.

The hub center is always the center, and I've never had a problem guesstimating it to sufficient resolution to get a measurement within +/- 1/8"; close enough for this exercise...

¹ - A minor annoyance for me is that many people have gotten into the habit of calling wheels "rims"--they are not, cars haven't had rims for 60+ years.

I want to raise it back up because it is too low cause i cant even go over a speed bump without hitting something under the car. Here is a pic of the car.

actually it only has v6 rims, the previous owner probably had some nice rims on it, sold or got rid of his stockers, and bought some v6 wheels to be able to sell the car and use the rims on his new stang or sell them for profit.

99-01.5 did not come with the new side scoops or hood scoop. also had a different spoiler, which you can see on his car (and its been moved back also)
