throw out bearing going out again?

throw out bearing going out again?
i replaced my clutch and throw-out bearing a while back. and i drove it for a couple days and the clutch pedal started vibrating a little. it would only vibrate while the clutch pedal was all the way at the top.
now the throw-out bearing is going out again. the pedal seems to feel loose till i press it about it inch. and the noise goes away if i press the clutch to a inch before the clutch disengages.
I think my clutch adjustment is making my throw-out bearing burn up... anyone got help or tips?

You are correct in assuming that the adjustment of the clutch cable could be causing the TOB to fail prematurely. I of course cannot remember how much tension was recommended to have when the pedal is at rest, but it wasn't much.
