Default throw out bearing going out again?

i replaced my clutch and throw-out bearing a while back. and i drove it for a couple days and the clutch pedal started vibrating a little. it would only vibrate while the clutch pedal was all the way at the top.

now the throw-out bearing is going out again. the pedal seems to feel loose till i press it about it inch. and the noise goes away if i press the clutch to a inch before the clutch disengages.

I think my clutch adjustment is making my throw-out bearing burn up... anyone got help or tips?

i'm nowhere near 100% sure but i think maybe your clutch just needs adjusted, my TOB however is FVCKED lol, thing rattles like hell untill my clutch is on the floor.

You are correct in assuming that the adjustment of the clutch cable could be causing the TOB to fail prematurely. I of course cannot remember how much tension was recommended to have when the pedal is at rest, but it wasn't much.
