I was gonna say....I never heard of this swap with a blower without cutting the hood...then saw nicks post lol. OP, for the cost, you could pull plenty of power through a stock displacement built shortblock with your KB setup. The 5.4 is kind of more for the "wow thats cool!" factor...
What kind of SC? How much boost? What kind of internals? What kind of LTs? Most importantly how much torque!
The car in that picture is a regular Lightning motor with some mild rework. Any blower for a 5.4 truck is going to have that height problem. There is only one shop making LT for a 5.4 2V and they are over $1K

I'm thinking that I'm going to get a new block from MMR at some point, and was wondering what the benefits of swapping a 5.4 in would be. I'm planning on throwing a Kenne Bell on as well if that makes a difference.
Edit: The more I think about it, the more I think that there might be a space issue. Has anyone had any experience with this at all?
if your putting in a 99 to 04 gt you have to drop the motor to put new valve cover gasket on.
I built the blown 5.4 in this car. There is no hood that can fit it completely, take a look at how tall this hood is and it still needed to be cut. I am not a fan of this swap to be honest unless you can really open your wallet wide, and few are willing to do that. Long tube headers are over $1K and are mandatory IMHO.
