I need to block the hole for the EGR and I just want to know if anybody knows the thread size for it.

+1 I used the delete from Lethal. I also deleted the Secondary air injection on my 4v Long tubes and just took the fittings off the stock manifolds and went to lowes and matched it up to a brass pipe cap and that works fine as well.
