Default trickflow cylinder heads

i was looking at the stage 3 ported trickflow heads at mmr and i was wondering if i were to put them on without forced induction would my engine even be able handle it? if that makes any sense...

There would be not point unless you were wanting to shift 7500-8000+rpm.

Yea you'd need a gigantic cam and on the street would not be fun at all

haha i know it is but when i build this. i wanna do it once and be happy with everything i got and still leave room if i decide i want to add more later so i am starting from the ground up. i have got the basics of what i want to do so far as far as a block and a power adder i am just trying to get everything in line so i know what im saving for if you get my drift?

What is your goal with your build? You want to achieve a 1/4 mile time or is it a HP goal?

hp goal. for right now im shooting for around 500ish at the wheels. im probably never going to take it to the 1/4 mile

If you are looking for 500ish with a power adder, you just need a set of properly done PI heads, proper cams, and about 12-15lbs of boost.
