Default cobra manifold mysteries

I'm trying to do the aluminator swap into my 06 v6.
I am already deleting the egr and the pcv system, but I don't know what everything else on the intake manifold is. It's a 96' cobra upper. What is everything?
I don't exactly know how all of the accessories mount to the front of the engine.
How are all the heater hoses and coolant hoses normally ran?
thanks in advance guys, and just in case, is there like a pdf or a book I can find that will help eliminate all of my questions?

The Aluminator uses 03 Cobra heads, which are C heads. 96 Cobra heads are B heads. The 96 Cobra intake probably won't work with the Aluminator.

it has the b heads, with the 03 valve covers. I just call it the aluminator because it sounds more badass and is just easier, my bad. But yeah, that's what I got.

Sorry to sound like a dick but calling a B headed 4V the "Aluminator" because it sounds cool is kinda Ricer mentality they are 2 totally different motors
but anyway the IAC is also on the 96 upper intake

Ok from now on I'll call it a teksid aluminum 4.6 w/ ported b heads and all forged race internals. Is the iac normally something easy to delete? I've heard people having issues with these things giving out real easy. And I noticed the water pump inlet is underneath the manifold, what does that go too? And the coolant crossover has a hose that goes to the upper part of the radiator, and another hose that goes down to a junction with the oil cooler. What is that junction?

I could be wrong but I don't think you can delete the IAC.
The junction of coolant hoses is the Thermostat Housing

Well i thought the iac was part of the throttle body, and i am using a gt500 throttle body, so it might be more doable. And the thermostat housing is all the way at the bottom of the engine? I thought that's what it looked like. That's a new concept to me.

are you using the GT500 because of the drive by wire system? I was a little confused about the thermostat housing when I swapped in my 4V also

Yea, I'm using a gt500 computer and harness too, because it is probably the easiest way to get the whole system to work with cops and whatnot. Is there another name for that thermostat housing? I can't find it for sale anywhere.
