Default Shifter

Two parts.

Part one. The other day i was travelling to a different town and i got a wild hair up my ***, so i was gunna top out my car, got to 135 in 4th then tried to shift into 5th but it wouldnt go. Any ideas?

Part 2. Looking at short throw shifters. Opinions on them?

sorry meant that jokingly. but it could be that. ive driven a few different shifters, and i like the mgw the best

push down on the 3rd pedal to the left then try to shift.. that should work. lol jk man.. idk can you shift into 5th at highway speeds?

no idea on the shiftin problem. AS for shifter i like my pro 5.0. A lot of people like mgw but i think honestly its kinda like exhaust. ITs whatever feel you like better. THe guy i bought my motor from hated the mgw and switched to a 5.0 cause he though the mgw was too notchy.

yeah 5th gear works fine under normal speeds.

so i see none of u said anything about the steeda tri ax shifter. that bad or what?

Happy with my Tri-Ax. If I had it to do again though I'd shell out the extra cash for the MGW only because people who have it and have used others prior seem to have such a hard-on for 'em.

Part one: If a car has a problem shifting into a gear at a high RPM that is usually the begginning signs of a synco issue.
Part Two: I have a pro 5.0 and love it.
