I know you asked zero, but I've got an on3 kit aswell, and mine fit pretty well, I didn't have to modify any of the pipes or anything. I did have some leaks like everyone says they do with it. First I used copper rtv, but that didn't get the job done. I ended up buying some copper crush style collector gaskets and trimming them down to fit the vbands and all is well now.

my main problem, was the fact that the v-bands for the smaller sections (there's 2 smaller v-bands and 4 bigger ones) were FUBAR. i had to basically cut them down. i complained to them and they said i probably just got a 1-off-a-kind mess up, i didnt have time to replace the v-bands so i modified them myself.

to prevent the leaking, i skipped over the crappy gasket in a tube stuff, and went straight for this stuff they got at napa. it looks like cardboard with a steel perforated peice of sheet metal on it. it was like 12$ for a 12"x24" peice. i just sliped it between the v-bands (i had the system on first to test for leaks) and marked the circle. then i cut the hole out of the center with a hole saw. tried snipping it with tin snippers but it was kind of a pain in the ***.

after that it was tight gettin the v-bands on, but i know they'll seal better.

using my QA1 kit, it rubs in places, and because my motor mounts are shot, it vibrates a tad against the K. i could prolly fix this a couple ways, either by getting solid mounts, or by actually using the heat wrap. i havent heat wrapped it so i could see if it would develop cracks (which it hasnt yet).

it appears that MMR might have copied this design btw. that or they bought the idea off of on3performance.
