Bumper cover replacement
#11
I have gotten lucky before on OEM bumpers on ebay before (the first time around got a great deal on cobra front end) but the second time around all I could find was an aftermarket one that was the same material and quality. I am all for OEM but being a college student sometimes the cheap way is ideal

sure have and the bad boy fit just as well as the OEM one did... I was in a bit of a parking lot incident a couple months ago and instead of dealing with a body shop I just ordered a painted bumper on ebay for as cheap as possible... the seller i bought from ended up being a PITA but the bumper fit great. just as happy as I was when I had the OEM on there

alright thanks ill look into that. i actually spoke to the parts guy at work and he said that he found a OEM bumper for $360, primed. so ill have to pay for paint and labor to have them put stuff in. does $360 seem like a steep price or does that sound like its reasonable? i was looking around on ebay and i found one that was less than $200. i think it was like $195 or something. the description said that it met or exceeded OEM parts.
since youve been doing body work for quite some time, how much do you think i should expect to spend if i got the OEM part and got everything done up for me properly?
i dont have too much money but im real **** about my car, shes my baby.. lol im sure most of us feel the same way.
