Default Shaking trans/5th gear noise

Okay, time for another couple of problems.

The first one I've sorta had for quite some time now but lately it seems to be getting worse. Everytime I am getting going in 1st or sometimes in 1st shifting to second, as soon as I let the clutch out enough to engage, the while transmission kinda shakes/wobbles. You can see the shift **** wobbing while the clutch is engaging. It kinda does this as well when I am dumping it in 1st or banging 2nd. It feels like the transmission is "loose."

The second problem I have is lately I've noticed that when I am in 5th gear, I get a subtle but very noticable grinding sound. The best way I can describe it is it sounds like old bad reception TV static. It doesn't grind at all while getting into the gear. It seems to be less pronounced when the car is really hot or when I am at 2000+ rpm's in 5th, but of course it could be my exhaust covering up the noise. I've had my trans fluid changed several times already, the last time probably being less than 5k miles ago.

Anyone else ever had any probs like this?

Thanks,
Brandon

I have had the same problem for close to 50k miles... Ive been waiting on the tranny to crap out so i can justify dropping in a t-56 but everything still runs fine (knock on wood). At first I was super concerned but now Ive gotten used to it so I just roll with it
