hole in throttle body
 

there is a hole in the bottom side of my throttle body that is thread half threaded its a big vaccum leak so i need to know why its there

You need to ask this in the 5.0 section.

It's obviously an air bleed/throttle plate bypass passageway, possibly an emission control related thingy, but someone over there should be able to help...
