Default squeaking noise

I have an 02 GT and I have a terrible noise when I turn the wheels and when i come to a stop. I was wondering if it is the power steering or something in the suspension. I have already changed out the power steering pump. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is it coming from the front of the back of the car? One side or the other? Does it squak only under hard braking or all braking? I'm sure people on here can point you in the right direction but you didnt give alot of information.

It is coming from the front of the car. The sound is bad when I turn the wheel when parking and when braking to a stop not so much when I am decelerating.

Easiest thing first, check the power steering fluid level.

He said he has already changed out the power steering pump and it didnt help. I almost wonder if its a popping sound though. My 95gts did the same thing but it was in the rear turns out it was a broken shock.

The rack could be another possibility.

The noise is like a groan or stress is being applied to the shock area when I brake. It also happens when I turn the wheel when the speed is low. I thought it might be the power steering pump, but it has continued since I changed it out. I was thinking the springs maybe?

My 2000 does the same thing, I havent gotten around to checking it but I'm thinking strut mounts. I have it when I turn the wheel and when I brake and release. It's more of a squishy squeek and isn't constant right? Like it makes the noise when you brake and when you release, not the entire time you're braking?

EDIT: maybe a tire rod end too?
