wats best sub frame connectors????

ive seen alot of different sub frame connectors wats the best brand ? should i get bolt of or weld ? And should i get the ones with the crossmembers ?

Just about any brand will do. Yes get the ones with the cross over, and I would get the weld in ones (just personal prefrence) Unless you are going to running a lot of HP thourgh your car (600+ HP) it is not going to really matter what ones you get. I have the Steeda full lengh ones and I noticed a big difference in how the car feels.
