Default 96Gt Maintience, quick question

I have searched and found some infomation but nothing conclusive.

My engine is all stock, not one mod. I am wanting to change my spark plugs because its been 20K miles. I got a few questions.

What kind of spark plug and heat range do you reccomend I get for my 96 GT n/a?

What do I have to torque the spark plugs down too and whats the gap they should be at?

Thanks very much!

Not sure on the best type but Autolites and NGK are good. Gap is .052 inch and torque is 7 to 14 lbs.

If you haven't noticed any pinging and the weather you drive in is the 4 seasons, go with stock heat range. If you have pinging or the plugs look 'burned' going one heat range colder should do no harm. Especially in an older engine that may have carbon buildup.
