Breaks creeking....also...

For some reason when I hit my breaks the brakes creek when I depress the pedal and let off but only in the beginning. Anyone know what's going on? It still stops great but I just keep hearing this sound and it's really getting annoying.

The bushing the bushing the brake pedal rotates on is probably dry or worn. Replace the bushing or a little coat of grease will work.
