Default 1998 Rear Coil over question

I am torn between Tokico D specs and some Strang Engineering adjustable the deciding factor is going to be how much money I have to spend on them but either way I will be getting the coil over kit as well but my question is what kind of spring rate should I get for the rear? I have read at 250 is were I wanna be and I know right now with the car lowered 2 inches it hits the rear really hard and I'm hoping the coil overs will help this. The car is a DD but does see some track time (not drag). But any suggestions for spring rate?
