Default Something is leaking.....

So I was cleaning out the car today and notice that my drivers side floor mat looked like it had oil all over it. I thought maybe I had stepped in something, but when I took the mat out the back side had oil on it too. It is also all over my carpet under the dash. So I took a look under the dash and noticed this. I am assuming it is the master cylinder or brake booster. Here is a pic so if anyone can offer some information please do. You can see the oil leaking from the shaft.

It is the master cylinder that you see in the photo. That the fluid is red leads me to suspect it is power steering fluid, indicating a leak in the Hydro-Boost system finding its way back into the cabin.

I am going to have someone look at it today. Last thing I need is to be driving down the road and not being able to stop.

The brake booster is leaking as cliffy stated.
