clicking noise in engine

clicking noise in engine
I just had long tube headers put on, when i got home afterwards i noticed my a/c didn't work and there was a clicking noise in the engine. I just had my a/c fixed but the clicking noise is still there. I've taken off the pulley belts and it was still making it the noise meaning that it is something internal in the engine. Once I crank the car it takes about 30 seconds for the noise to start but when i rev it up just a little bit it stops, the car runs fine and all but I really don't know what to do about this. If anybody knows anything about this please help.
Thankyou

RE: clicking noise in engine
I would bet that it is a exhaust leak and not a lifter. If it were a lifter it would start right at start up and as you rev your engine it would get faster and as you let off it will get slower. I would take it back to where you had the headders put on and have them check all your exhaust bolts and connections.
