Maybe next time twist the wires together and give it a test, turn the key over to see if they prime and the gauge works. Or maybe drop the tank and have someone move the wires around one at a time to see if you are not having a good connection. Maybe you can narrow it down there. But I would figure there is a select few that go from the pump to the gauge and whatever colors they are, but if the pump isn't priming then seems you have faulty connections TO (not priming) and FROM (no gauge) the pumps...
It definately seems like the wiring I just can't see how though. The connections were great. The only thing I can think of is that there has to be a certain resistance or something. I guess I am in denial lol. I'll check the connections when I get some time.

Did you check for voltage at the fuel hat with a multimeter or test light? If you have voltage there is chance the pumps themselves are no good assuming there is no other wiring problems.

Lol no some spam guy posted something.

And I didn't check for power yet. I want to do it with the test light earlier but my dad decided to leave the test light in his car and wasn't home. Is there a better way to test it than to expose some wire and check it that way?

Does the tank act as a ground when it's properly installed? If it is indeed just sitting on a jack and not acting as a ground for the pumps...

No I haven't had any time. I'm talking with Cliff about which one should be power and such and I will check my connections. I matched color to color so I think the wires are right. One of my connecfions must suck

I actually tried to look up online the wire colors for you but came up with nothing. I have access to Mitchell On Demand 5 but I just got the login info last night so I haven't looked since.

I'll try to poke through my 04 shop manual to see if they mention anything about it. I'll also check MOD5 for the wiring.
