upgrading the rear end

OP - what are your plans for your car i.e. going to track often or adding serious rwhp power. The reason I ask this is if you aren't tracking your car then you really don't need to upgrade your rearend as the stock rear end is pretty stout.

Note - I am still on a stock tranny and rear end at 470 rwhp with no problems thus far. I am not saying this is ideal at my power level.

end goal would be a daily driven auto cross racing car. so the rear is gonna need to be built up haha

if your doing autocross you should probably think about getting a cobra IRS and building that...

I only use "FRPP" Ford Racing ring and pinion in my Ford Mustangs.
The Cobra IRS will add alot more weight that's for sure.

whats the big deal between ford and motive branded gears? motive makes gears for FRPP...
Because there is some big myth that the FRPP gears are better than motive but in actuality motive makes the gears for FRPP.......
