Just like to say hello, was from the v6 forums but I finnaly got enough loot to trade in my 04 V6 for a 01 GT <3 Now for my first question. Been listening to sound clips of the SLP Loud Mouth II setup with a X-pipe. It sounds increble and I'm leaning that way atm, but whats the diffrence from the Loud Mouth I series? I've read that the Loud Mouth I is louder than the II series, is that true?

First of all, congrats on the new purchase! Good luck with her. Now to your question, the LMII's are deeper and still pretty loud, but the LMI's are just plain loud. So yes your previous statement is true.

Congrats on the new car. I cant answer your question though. Ive never liked SLP because they've always catered to Fbodys and the GM boys till the Fbodys went under. So I care not to know anything about them.

Congrats on the new car. I don't care for the SLP's aswell( VERY loud, raspy, and poppy ), but thats just judging by the sound clips heard, I've never heard them in person.

Thats the camera. They are a tad raspy and very loud but they sound good. I personally like the magnapacks though.

LM I's are mpt even real mufflers, they are just resonators (a hollow pipe). LM 2's have a little baffling in them but are still striaght through but a little deeper than the LM I's. To the guy with flows that says SLP is raspy...listen

The LM1's are basically just a big fat spot in the exhaust, while the 2's have some "muffling" material in them.
