My guide pretty much tells you what you need to make the swap work. On a V6, you will need a K member and a new wiring harness for sure. Using the Mark VIII one isn't a good idea, that sucker is massive to accommodate the onboard computer systems, air ride, anti-lock, traction control etc. Better to just get a GT or Cobra harness and go from there.
Another option is to carb the motor, which would probably be much more simple. Here is a youtube link to one and the ebay link of the guy that sells the conversion.
