Turn Signal Out

Turn Signal Out
Last week my passenger side turn signal went out only when the headlights are on. The bulb only lights up when I signal I am turning. Its not a major issue, its just annoying the hell out of me that the one side isnt one. I tried a spare bulb. Any ideas?

The turn signal is only supposed to be on (blinking) when you are signaling a turn, do you mean the parking light is out when the headlights are on?
First thing to do is check the parking/turn lamp socket for corrosion and/or mechanical damage to the contacts; if it seems to be OK then you need to check the wiring harness for damage.
Problems as you describe often happen when a ground connection fails and the low wattage lamp that is acting oddly is finding a ground "through" some other higher wattage lamp--but only if the higher watt lamp is off...

There are 1/2 dozen or more ground points in the lighting system--check the socket for the conditions listed above first.
Also make 100% sure that the test bulb you used is OK. Verify this by placing it a known good socket and watching it light up. Do this every time you use it--I cannot tell you how many times I have chased, or assisted in the chasing of, fairies by using a "test" lamp/wire/tool that turned out to be bad.
