None of the above. How much money did u want to spend on your next mod, if those are all in the price range just save up some more money and buy something else. But I guess if I had to choose one I would go with the CAI.

Well, since you already have 3.73 gears I say.... um... PI heads.

no? well fine, get the CAI. You'll just find it has a louder sound more than anything.

I'd personally get a set of LT headers, then do an CAI/TB/plenum.

Oh I didn't realize he owned a 96 his s/n says 95. Then yes PI upgrade.
