Default Notice of Proposed Settlement

Well today, I got home from work and recieved the intake manifold settlement from ford.

If I had a scanner Id scan it, but its 2 pages long.

Looks like ford is moving forward with it

Here is a link provided with the document.

im not sure i understand this settlement. I thought it was only for the 99's with a plastic manifold...so why are people with 00 and 01 stangs gettin their's replaced?

and why dont i qualify (my vin's not on the list)

i think that list is only for 1997 models obselite. that sucks though because i have a 97 but is was built in april, before the required 6-24-97 date. i replaced my intake for the exact reasons that this settlement is for. so how do i get reimbursement?

The list is for " Ford Thunderbirds and Mustangs manufactured after June 24, 1997, certain 1998-2001 Ford Mustangs". That is what my notice states.
