Default Trouble with brakes *may be traction control issue*

Thanks in advance for all the help!!

About eight months ago I swapped my rear end stock for stock. (was faster than rebuilding it) Since then when I brake under certain conditions mainly hard corner braking I get this clicking coming from the right rear side. I can feel this clicking in the brake pedal also. If I let off of the brakes and reapply it will usually go away. It only does it sometimes so it's hard to be ready for it. When it does the clicking I can tell it is not braking properly.

Think it could be a caliper or something with the ABS?

Also it is on an 04 GT.

Yeah I did bleed the brakes. That was my first thought but I didn't have to go into the brakes on the swap.

the rear calipers are known to freeze up. they may be trying to do just this.

Its been a while on this but here is an update. I recently replaced all of the rotors and pads. I also change out the right rear caliper where the flutter is coming from. But still the flutter is there. Has anyone heard of this happening due to a bad brake hose? But it still feels the same, I hit the brakes and it flutters, I let off and reapply the brakes and it feels fine. Some times it will do it twice before clearing up.

Still haven't found the problem but I found out something else. I jacked the car up on stands and put the car in drive. Once I let off of the brakes it started pulsating. I could put my hand on the brake hose and feel that it was definately coming from the brakes. I also could feel the pulsing coming from the Hydraulic control unit in the engine compartment. I think that is what it is called. It is on the passenger side kinda low in the front. Any ideas or do I need to take it to a real mechaninc? lol.

you could try swapping the abs sensors from your old rear end and if that helps

does anyone know the ohm reading that the sensor should be at?
I thought I had found something cause when I have the car on the stands and in drive it does all of the crazy noises. when i turn off the traction control the noise will go away. So I thought just leave the trac off but when I drove it the car still does the noises and pulsating when I brake and turn at the same time.

after lots of research on the sensors I found that they are fine. The rear sensors were both reading 1625 ohms. I found that between 1200 and 2000 ohms are good. This is a pain in the butt. I am ready to sell my stang cause of this. Guess it is time to come off the wallett and take it to a shop.
