Default fluid on strut/coilover/brake caliper

I was doing an oil change today when I noticed fluid all over my coilover strut and caliper on my front passenger side. It looked like it was oil but felt like brake fluid. My master cyl was a half inch under full which i thought was strange but I cant figure out why if it is brake fluid would it be all over the entire coilover/strut. If it is the strut leaking oil why would it be all over the back on the brake caliper? I am running strange 10 way struts with maybe 20k miles on them...is it common for them to leak?

when you pump the brakes does fluid drip from your calliper?

Take that tire off clean all around everything that got mystery fluid on it with brake cleaner. This includes spraying the brake caliper, banjo bolt, and the entire flexible brake line up to where it meets the hard line. Have a friend pump your brakes and watch for any fluid escaping. If you see no brake fluid problem assume it is your strut

I would imagine its either brake fluid squirting from a pin hole in the line up to the strut, or its the actual strut leaking.
