Head Codes, looking for help

P0443
P0420

Anyone else had problems and gotten these codes? If so, any suggestions on where to start looking for the problem? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

If I'm interpreting this right, the 0420 basically means you have a bad cat, the 0443 is emissions related but I don't think will have any effect on driveability.
