So i was wonder if these valve cover gaskets would fit my 1998 gt, its stock. If you recommend another one, let me know, im not sure if I got romeo or windsor heads.

Did you count your valve cover bolts? Romeos have 11 bolts and windsors have 13 on one and 14 on the other. Correct me if I am wrong.

count the bolts that hold down your valve covers, report back and someone will help you get the right gasket.
Someone posted a link for Latemodel resto that has a VC seal gasket and new grommets for $50 that seems like a better option because you get the new grommets also

^^^ bit better price, you'll have to scroll through it though, for some reason it wont let me paste the actual part

edit: make sure you get the 11 bolt version, it shows a picture. if unsure, a 2003 GT has 11 bolts as well and should work, fel-pro brand, part number VS50564R, just under 30$

No, DOHC would be cobra's/mach 1's. DOHC means that there's 2 cams per side (4 total) aka "quadcam" - SOHC is 1 set of cams per side, AKA dualcam.
