Hello

1. I feel as if my gas guage is acting strange. For the first "half tank" I only get about 90 miles but for the "other half" it will take a lot longer to go down to "empty". I put quotes around everything because when I go to fill up it only goes to about 10 gallons. Any one have an idea?

2. When I reset my ecu my rpms seem to hang for a while until I guess the car settles in. Is this normal?

resseting the ECU is resetting the fuel trims that it has learned so yes, a bit of hang is normal since it is still "learning"

as for the fuel tank thing, it could be the fact that the float that measures the level is on a swing arm and travels in an arc... i've noticed the opposite though, it took me about 100 miles for the needle to even move, then the next 125-145 miles it would drop from full down to 1/4 tank. i typically put in around 11 gallons.
