Sometimes it feels like its all there others no. My mods are, High flow cats, off road x pipe magna flow cat back, cold air intake, pully kit,75 mm throttle body, trick flow intake manifold, Ihave the diablo tuner, and 3.73s I dont think that anything else was done to the car...any way what would be my next mod excluding heads cam supercharging....injectors??

Auto or stick? Maybe a set of long tube headers.

Nah, upgrading the injectors won't do a thing for you with your current setup.

Why is there a TFS manifold on the car if it has stock heads and cams? The stock PI intake would be better for your setup.

shifter. full length subframe connectors. struts/shocks - maybe coilovers. upgrade 4 link rear suspension or 3 link conversion. tires/wheels.

that should keep you busy for awhile.

i may have to disagree. he has a 2000 GT which still had 19lb injectors and were almost maxed out IIRC with just the stock 260hp...which is why ford bumped them up to 21lbs in 2001.5. i dont know enough to say wheather or not 19lb injectors are maxed with his mods but i would imagine hes getting close atleast). and you do gain some horsepower going with aftermarket intakes on a stock H/C car, but it isnt enough to justify the cost which is why no one does it.

OP, what do you mean it feels like its there sometimes and sometimes it doesnt? sounds like something is WRONG with your car (misfire, fuel cutting out, something)...and you need to FIX that instead of bandaid-ing your power loss with another mod...

more info is needed for the "power loss" you are experiencing.

it could be any number of things, you might just need to clean the MAF, or maybe reset the ECU, or just change the plugs. those would be the 3 places i would start.

you have a performance tune loaded from the diablo right? is it set up for 93 octane?

He might gain a couple of peak hp at the very very top with the manifold, but i'll bet he looses more power through 90% + of the entire power band. Making it slower overall. Obviously, like you said, that's why no one does it with just a bolt ons car.

Maybe i'm wrong, but i thought the 19lb injectors were good up till around 290 or so at the rear wheels.

hey sorry it took so long to get back to every one... When I mash the gas at times the car feels strong..others not as strong. It does not feel as if it were missing or anything like that. Almost like i lost 20 hp or so. And other days its ok. As for the diabloe tune.. I haven really done anything with the tuner i got it when i bought the car not really sure what to start doing with it knowing i could really screw things up....mrt stang.. I didnt put these parts on I bought the car from a buddy who ran into some cash thinks he a car expert but when it comes down to it he know nothing...I just changed his plugs in a chevy 350 because he did not know how put it that way. Thats why I am so lost about going about getting some power and wondering the next step in the process I would not have gone this way about doing it. zero 2005.. i have all the suspension worked on the car i jus have not listed it yet.
