I'm swapping out my 3.8 liter for a 4.6 and i'm curious if anyone knows if i have enough clearance to pull the 3.8 liter straight out with trans if i pull the radiator or if i need to pull the motor from the trans first. and does anyone know if the motor mounts will line up or if i need to change them

Yes your can pull the motor and trans together. The motor mounts do not line up and you have to swap the K-member for a 96-04 GT k-member
