Installing a svt focuse fuel pump?

I'm going to buy an svt fuel pump, i'm buying the whole pump assembly AIRTEX Part # E2299M my question is when I take out my gt fuel pump do i just replace it with the hole assembly or do i just need the pump? thanks for any feed back.

how did you polish a plastic intake manifold.i mean i gasket matched mine but it was ruff where i dremeled it out

You just take the pump out of the assembly as well as the sock filter.
