question about mufflers for 4.6...

I have a 1998 mustang GT. it has Magnaflow Catback w/ stock manifolds....im looking to make it sound louder/deeper. i was wondering if anyone has ever went w/ straight pipes, i was think of just cutting out the mufflers and inserting straight pipes... give me some suggestions..!! thanks -98_stang

yea i wouldn't go with straight pipes, just get an h or x pipe.

get a h pipe and it will sound deeper and louder. if you want really loud then run a off road h pipe. i would recommend a high flow catted pipe though, but thats just me cause i live in cali.
