Default throwout bearing or something else?

I have been hearing this squeaking sound that I thought might be the throwout bearing but im unsure because I have never heard the sound of one go out before, but maybe I can explain the sound and see what you guys think.

I go out and start my car before work and let it sit there in neutral with my foot off the clucth for a min or 2 before I take off (no sounds yet) Back out the of the driveway still no sound, when I put it in 1st and take off and start up the road I usualy crusie in 1st untill I hit the main road (steep hill untill that point) I notice when In 1st driving, that I can hear the squeaking sound but its not very loud and I can reach down with my foot and pull the clutch pedal up and it quits immediately.

It does this in 1st-3rd untill the car gets warmed up then quits and when its still cold sitting at a light in nuetral with the foot off the clutch, its starts to do it again untill I pull up on the clutch pedal again. After I pull up on the pedal I can barely start to push down and I hear it again untill I fully depress the clutch.

Again its not loud but with the windows down and radio off you can hear it.

Does it sound like a throwout bearing or does my clutch need adjusting?

OK kinda thought so. I have a ram hdx clutch sitting in my room should I use the throwout bearing from that kit or get a ford racing TOB?

And will I have to buy a aftermarket quadrant and firewall adjuster?

I guess replacing a 70$ throwout bearing justifys adding another 400$ plus on a CF.
