Default exhaust for a 1998 gt

i have stock exhaust right now. Its not loud enough for me, so i'm looking for some new. I want to have the loud and mean rumble like on a cobra. If any one has any suggestions one who has great quality exhaust, i would love to know.

Hey guys, Newbie here myself. I just put on a magnaflow cat back system myself, the muffler not the paks. You will probrably here people recommend MagnaPack or the SLP loudmouths. Kind of a personal preference.

Good luck with that exhaust.

I have a 98 GT too and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if they make a kit for it like one of the ones that was in the video section, I'm not sure exactly what was on it, but the heading above the movie said "prochamber+flows" so I'm not exactly sure what was added. The video post is called "For those who still can't decide what exhaust setup to get " in case anyone would have any information on that setup.

The exhaust on that car is a MAC Pro-Chamber with Flowmaster cat back. (which cat back I don't know but that is what "prochamber+flows" means.

I had a MAC flow path catback on my 99. I can honestly say thats the best sounding Mustang I've ever heard. And 99% of the people that heard it thought the same. The quality wasn't the best I've ever seen, but man...Does it sound awesome!!

I opted for the Magnaflow catback on my '98 GT vert. Nice low rumble at idle and comes alive at WOT. Won't turn every cops head you drive by cruising either.

Is there anything that you can add to your exhaust to make cars shake when you rev it or cruise by ?
