FLMustangMan you wouldnt happen to have a picture of your intercooler and piping that could help me pick one that is the most similar would you? I found some more on ebay that do have the flange for the BOV but some of the piping is bent differently than what ive see before. Also is your piping 3" or 2.5"?

And about the absorbing bumper I think that it can be put back on after the intercooler is put on, if not I wouldnt want it either.
I should. I'm at work now so when i get home in a few hours I'll look through my pics and post some. If not tomorrow when i get back to work on starting my motor, i'll take some. Nice thing is i have to put my procharger back on tomorrow and the bumper is off so i'll take a bunch of pics so you can have a really good understanding of the whole piping. And mine is 3". And if the piping has a flange for the BOV you'd have to buy a BOV that bolts to it like the Procharger race BOV which is expensive. The Procharger Pro-flow is good and fairly cheap but connects to 1.5"-2" tubes that come out of the side of the 3" tubes. I'll get pics tomorrow for you.

Tuning is gonna vary in price. In Florida I paid $150/hr and had my tune done in around 1.5 hr so i paid $200. In Oregon I drove up to Washington and paid $300 for a 2 hour session. Other places in Oregon wanted $150 pre-run fee to make sure car was good then $300 for 2hr tune. Another wanted $450. Look for places online. Call around and get prices. It should only take alittle under 2 hours to tune. But make sure with a Procharger you get a blow-thru MAF. My first tune i used an draw-thru and it pegged out around 3800-4000rpms so i had to have the timing all the way retarded to be safe. Get PMAS Pro-m calibrated to whatever size injectors you have is around $300, but fully worth it.

Your pictures would be very helpful, thanks. Some of the intercooler kits actually come with a BOV that fits the flange, so I might get one of those. Ill have to look into the tuning because it seems like prices vary alot. And yea im planning on doing a blow-thru MAF. Are you sure the calibration of the MAF is 300, thats how much it cost new.

When I said $300 for the calibration I meant that you could buy a new one that was calibrated to the injectors you decide to get. sry. heres the pics.

1.The engine bay without the radiator or Procharger installed.
2.The shock absorber bar with the 3-core intercooler behind it.
3.The passenger side piping(its a little longer on the left part because that was with the draw-thru MAF.Gone now and shorter).
4.The BOV and piping.
5.The Procharger installed.

1.The BOV.
2.The pipe from the Procharger to the driver side of car.
3.The pipe with BOV connected.
4.The tube for the BOV is a 2.5"(but you already have).
5.The pipe connected with the Procharger.

1.Piping from Procharger.
2.The top piping with Blow-thru MAF(I need to get new Blue hose connectors for all pipes).
3.The BOV and where it connects just before the Procharger unit.
4.Same as above.

FLMustangMan thanks for the pics. I got my procharger installation instructions in the mail today and that along with your pics help me understand the piping better. Now I just have to find a good intercooler and piping kit off ebay. Is the blow off valve always gonna be on its separate pipe like that?
