Good luck sounds like a pain in the a** to me. But I guess as far as bolting it in, your may able to use a K member from a 94-95 cobra since they had the 5.0 I think. But when it comes to exhaust manifolds, I wish you luck, sometimes even oem won't clear the firewall because of the 351 block being a little taller. And as far as I know no headers will work because of that very same reason. I'm sure someone has done this though, after doing the 5.4 3 valve in an 03 GT I learned that I'll stick with the 4.6 in this style car. Yea they don't have the same potential but way less work then swapping.

right now i have a 03 mach 1 4v swaped in but its pretty beat, bad rings, valve train issues, etc...now that 4v 4.6 is pretty tight with the 4v heads and i was running long tubes, i know a 351 wont be as wide and i would swap the k members for a tubular after market one 94-04 all bolt up

You need a 94-95 k-memeber, headers really wont be an issue. The 95 cobra R is the same chasis and came with a 351 I beleive.

Well you never mentioned what kind of 351 you're running. Carbed? Aftermarket fuel injected? Factory Fuel injected? I assumed if you were capable of doing this swap you would know the factory computer and electronics would not work no offense.
