Default Have about 1200 bucks to spend... what to buy?

I have a 2003 Mustang GT Coupe 5-Speed that already has a few things done as of now it has a CAI, 75mm TB, BBK X-pipes, Flowmaster 40's, 3.73 gears(i believe). Well needless to say im looking for more performance out of my car and have about 1200 bucks to spend what do you think is the best route to go? I have plans of cams this coming winter. But for now I was thinking along the lines of the SCT programmer, headers, underdrive pulleys, the BBK 78mm Intake throttle plenum. Any suggestions? im really looking for the best bang for the buck. I currently run consistent 14.0's at the track and definitely want into the 13's THANK YOU FOR ANY ADVICE/SUGGESTIONS!

Dont bother trying to add power yet. Your setup now should be good for mid to low 13's. You need some suspension and a better tire. For $1200, you can either get some 15" wheels with mickey thompsons and maybe get you torque boxes welded, or yiu could get some drag radials and get some lower control arms and weld your boxes.

You already have a mid 13 second car if you can hook and drive. Suspension and tires are your best bet to achieve that. I would definitely do the SCT tuner though.

78mm is a waste for non fi even 75mm at a lower hp range is a waste for the money for a low power n/a car and the programmer isnt going to really do anything either right now. I would do SFCs LCAs and a slick/skinny setup for the track. you should get at least 13s with that.
