Somehow i think i remember you mentioning this in another thread now that i think about it. At least you have opened up most of the exhaust, and it should sound pretty good with the cams in as well. It should sound especially good if you are running the terminator mufflers.

I would definitely do them. Think of it this way: Your engine is basically a big air pump. You can have the best cams, x pipe, etc... in the world, but if your stock headers are now becoming your new bottleneck then you will be restricting the potential of every new mod you do for added horsepower. When doing things like heads, cams, or a power adder it becomes increasingly important to have a free flowing intake and exhaust setup.

So using that logic. I should deff get a new TB. What about intake manifold?

+1 sfcs and lcas ftw! tb is a waste unless your pullin more power with an fi setup. I mean dont get me wrong it adds some but not enough to justify 400 bucks... No matter how much power you have your not goin anywhere fast without suspension and tires. So i would do sfcs and lcas they really do make a huge difference. You notice it right away. Depending on where you live i install sfcs and lcas nad pretty much anything else Ive done a bunch of stangs on here.

I'd say yes to the tb/plenum, but no on the intake manifold. The stock one does good enough up until 6500 rpm.

You guys must have bad air out there, call Matt @ Performance Evolution he's done a few of my friends cars with cams and LTs and they have all been at or a hair over 300

That's the funny thing about dynos. I've personally witnessed 2 different dynos (both Dynojets) give drastically different readings on the same cars, and they were not even an hour apart from each other lol. I guess that's why people just say take it to the track.

Who knows maybe he'll hit 300 on the dyno, but it may not be an accurate measurement of how much real power he's making.
