Default Tokico struts

i was thinking about getting Tokico adjustable struts. Can i use these with stock springs or should i upgrade. I am not really looking to lower the car but want to be able to go to the track at times.

They'll work fine with stock springs, but they will be even better with different springs.

You may run into issues with a uneven ride quality depending upon your driving style & how many miles are on your shocks OP. You change your struts (fine) but it's highly reccommended that you also change your shocks at the same time. For optimal quality & ride preference your going to want to do both at the same time. Change front better change back. As for springs.... your okay keeping the stock one's in. If you want to change your spring without too much difference get: FORD RACING C-SPRINGS (lowers the car 1inch front&rear end).

I've had Tokico D-Specs for a while now. My car's lowered with some Eibach springs and some MM c/c plates. Everything has been running great, no problems or issues to report. The adjustable struts/shocks are really nice to have especially if you have to drive the car anywhere that the roads are sh*ty (ie: pa, nj, and md).

Your the first person I've ever heard that likes how high the car sits stock! If you want to handle turns better then your not going to be happy with just changing the shocks. I recommend you get springs and keep the rubber isolators in, that will help it not to drop too low but will bring the center of gravity down.
I don't have any scraping issues with my Steeda Sport Springs and D Specs.
